Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of Aperion, the trading signal research platform available at aperionai.io (the service), operated by its owner (we, us, the operator). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Aperion publishes automated trading signals, market analytics, scanner and chart tools, and a house track record generated by the platform's own models. Depending on your account, the service may also let you save watchlists, receive alerts, connect your own exchange accounts, and review or place orders with your own credentials.
2. Not investment advice
Signals and analytics are the output of automated models. They can be wrong, late, or based on delayed or inaccurate data. You are solely responsible for your own research and trading decisions and for compliance with the laws that apply to you.
3. Performance disclosures
Results shown on the service may be hypothetical, simulated, or generated in paper trading accounts, and are labeled as such where practical. Hypothetical and paper results have inherent limitations: they are produced with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect real execution costs, slippage, or liquidity, and no representation is made that any account will achieve similar results. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Use a strong unique password and enable two factor authentication.
- One account per person. Provide accurate account information.
5. Your exchange connections
- If you connect an exchange or wallet, you represent that the account and credentials are yours. Your API keys are stored in a server side encrypted vault and used only to power the features you enable.
- You authorize the service to make requests to the connected venue with your credentials for those features, such as read only balances or, if you explicitly enable it, order placement subject to platform limits.
- Orders placed with your credentials are your orders. You are responsible for them, for fees charged by the venue, and for the venue's own terms.
- You can revoke a connection at any time by disconnecting it in the service and rotating or deleting the key at the venue.
- We may disable, limit, or gate any execution feature at any time, including master switches and per order limits, without notice.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use that violates exchange or data provider terms.
- No scraping, bulk export, resale, or redistribution of signals, analytics, or other platform content.
- No probing, overloading, or interfering with the service or its security.
- No attempting to access another user's data or account.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its models, signals, analytics, design, and content, belongs to the operator. Your own account data remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your data, and no more.
8. Third party services and data
The service relies on third party infrastructure, exchanges, and market data sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct. Market data may be delayed or incorrect.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, alert delivery, or that signals will be profitable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to the service, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the service, your trading, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Sections 2, 3, and 7 through 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and disputes will be brought in the courts located there. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for thirty days.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify signed in users. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
